Q: Do you offer commission to travel agents?
A: Yes, please contact us for details.
Q: When does the final document package arrive?
A: Most final document packages are shipped 10-14 days prior to departure. There are however, some programs that do not allow for this schedule, in that case your STAT agent will let you know at the time of booking.
Q: What is your change policy once a trip is finalized?
A: We are happy to assist in making changes to your trip whenever necessary. All changes and additional costs are based on availability and at the time the change is made a $25 administrative fee will be applied to any necessary revisions.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Call travel packages (with the exception of our Baseball Road Trips) are non-refundable after final authorization is signed.
Q: What if the package includes car rental that is not needed.?
A: We remove the car rental from the package and adjust the price accordingly.
Q: Do your packages include airfare?
A: No. But we will be happy to arrange airfare for you for a nominal fee.
Q: Why aren't my tickets included in my final document package?
A: Generally tickets to NASCAR events are disctibuted onsite for logistical reasons.
Q: What happens if the race is postponed (e.g., due to rain)?
A: Your ticket is still valid for that race and STAT can work with you to add extra nights at the hotel if available at additional charge.
Q: Is the seating divided by which team you are rooting for?
A: In pro basketball games, the crowd is mostly for the home team so there are no designated "away fan" sections. In college basketball, there are some sections designated for visiting schools. If you request a specific section prior to booking, our agents can check availability. Otherwise we get the best seat possible pending on type of ticket quoted (value, moderate, premium).
Q: What is the Baseball Stadium Hall of Fame?
A: We heard so many of our fans say that they wanted to visit every major league ballpark,
so we developed the exclusive Passport to Baseball. The passport includes all 30 Big League parks
and each time a park is visited on a Sports Travel and Tours group or independent trip the traveler
will receive a passport stamp that authenticates the visit. Once they hit all the ballparks,
Sports Travel and Tours will invite them to Cooperstown to be inducted into the Baseball Stadium
Hall of Fame during Induction Weekend.
Q: What happens at the Trip Reception?
A: The Trip Reception is an excellent opportunity to meet other baseball fans on the trip, while enjoying heavy hors d'ouevres and soft drinks.
Q: What is UTO?
A: Our Upgraded Ticket Option (UTO) will provide you with an opportunity to upgrade the location of seats. Call for pricing.
Q: Why do you have your hotel accommodations located in Albany, NY?
A: The reason is because Cooperstown, NY (where the Hall is located) is an extremely rural area with very limited hotel options. Albany, NY provides our travelers with air and rail options, and more hotel choices, and is a central location from which to depart our motorcoach tours.
Q: How far is Cooperstown from Albany, NY?
A: It is approximately 70 miles, or a 75 minute drive via bus.
Q: What is the difference between General Admission and VIP Seating at the Induction Weekend?
A: VIP seating is located in front of the stage where the ceremony is held, but just behind the section for former Hall of Famers, their families, media, etc. General Admission seating is on the lawn behind VIP section in the field.
Q: Do you offer Weekend Getaways to Cooperstown, aside from the Induction Weekend?
A: Absolutely! We can arrange customized trips for any weekend that your customer wants to travel.
Q: When will we depart the hotel each morning for the Hall of Fame?
A: We will leave just after breakfast, and arrive in Cooperstown in the late morning for a full day at the Hall.
Q: Do your football packages include motorcoach transportation?
A: Our football packages are essentially flexible independent trips that do not include motorcoach transportation, unless otherwise noted.
Q. How do get to the game and back?
A. Unless a rental car is included in your package or requested, you would need to arrange for your own transportation. We will provide some taxi companies to contact in your final documents package.
Q. Can I upgrade my tickets?
A: Our Upgraded Ticket Option (UTO) will provide you with an opportunity to upgrade the location of seats. Call for pricing.
Q: How do I get into the Hall? I didn't get any tickets!
A: Your wristbands and lanyard are all you need for admission during Hall of Fame weekend.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Stark County Fairgrounds.
Q: What does this Single, Double, Triple, Quad mean for ticket packages?
A: Single=1 pkg, Double=2 pkgs, Triple=3 pkgs, and Quad=4 pkgs
Q: Can I get aisle seats? Can I get low rows?
A: That is a request we can add to your reservation, but it is not guaranteed.
Q: Am I going to be able to get autographs?
A: There is no way that we can guarantee you will be able to get ANY autographs from the players or enshrinees unless you purchase our Absolutely Everything Plus Gold Jacket Package (which includes an autograph session).
Q: Do your packages include airfare?
A: No. We will be happy to arrange airfare for you for a nominal fee.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The show goes on unless it is severe weather and then it is moved to a private ceremony offsite.
Q: What section and row will my seats be in?
A: We do not know that answer until the tickets are received and allocated prior to mailing. They are allocated based on booking date, so it is advisable to book early.
Q: I only want the game and enshrinement, not all the other events you have in your packages, can I do that?
A: No, the packages are sold as complete packages per the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Q. Do Children require a ticket?
A. Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket.
Q. Do you offer any other golf trips besides The Masters and U.S. Open?
A. Yes, we can customize a travel package to any golf tournament in the United States.
